We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact details you submit, such as your name, email, company and project description.
• Client project data you share with us during an engagement, under a written agreement.
• Technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To deliver, support and improve the services we provide to clients.
• To keep our website secure and understand how it is used.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We use AI tools in our development process. When client data is involved, we use providers and configurations that do not train models on your data, and we apply least-privilege access and encryption in transit and at rest.

On request, sensitive workloads can run on private-cloud or self-hosted models. Specific data-handling terms are set out in each client agreement.

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, or compliance with legal obligations.

We never sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of an engagement. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then returned or deleted as agreed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@mindfresh.dev.

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work, plus privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication and regular reviews. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
